POM Energy Concepts, Inc.
Peter Chiaravalle is the President of POM Energy Concepts based in Fort Lauderdale. POM manufactures and distributes the PowerGUARD™ product for electrical power protection, power quality and energy savings. Pete has over 25 years working with customers on Power and Power Quality issues and has given numerous seminars on those topics. He is a Certified Energy Manager by the Association of Energy Engineers. He is also a board member for the 2019-2020 US Commerce Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Advisory Committee (REEEAC).
Pete has been married to his first wife Patty since 1982. They reside in Ormond Beach and have three grown children and five (as of this date) grandchildren.
Orlando Utilities Commission
Natalia Paredes is the Corporate Sustainability Coordinator for the Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC—The Reliable One), the 14th largest municipal utility in the nation.
Since coming to OUC in 2007 as an intern, Natalia has been a champion for energy-efficiency and customer education. Natalia has held numerous roles around the commission from Conservation Energy Analyst, Renewable Energy Analyst, Customer Service Technical Trainer, to her current role as Corporate Sustainability Coordinator. In this role, Natalia oversees OUC’s internal corporate sustainability efforts including effective operational practices in energy, water and waste, as well as administering projects such as OUC’s Living Wall and Rain Harvest Garden.
Being a leadership connoisseur and an advocate for advancement, Natalia was a lead organizer in numerous conferences and events that brought stakeholders together on the topics of renewable energy and alternative fuel vehicles. She has worked on Department of Energy grants and was the lead trainer for customer information software implementation at OUC.
Natalia earned her Masters of Science in Environmental Policy and Management degree from the University of Denver in 2018. Natalia is a Certified Energy Manager, LEED Green Associate and the 2012 recipient of the Florida Junior Chamber Outstanding Young Environmentalist Award.

Dave’s career with Lochinvar, a Nashville based manufacturer of boilers, water heaters, pool heaters, storage tanks, and Micro CHP began in August 1995 as District Sales Manager for Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. He has been their Northeast US Regional Manager, Florida Specification Specialist, and is presently in the position of Senior District Sales Manager Central Florida handling several key accounts in the Orlando market area. He was named National Salesman of the year for Lochinvar in 1998 and has been awarded their runner up Sales Achievement Award in 1997,2001, 2015, 2017, 2018, and 2019. He served as a board member on the charter board for the Connecticut ASPE Chapter and has been a member of ASHRAE, ASPE, FHEA, CFHLA, and SAME as well as AEE.

Allison Lewis is the CEO of PVA Technologies Group, Inc., a woman-owned sales and distribution company that specializes in helping business, industry, and government reduce their cost of operations through the strategic application of energy-saving products. PVA offers a range of products that can help almost any commerical and industrial building save money and energy. Allison also manages Titan Energy Protection, Inc., PVA's sister company that is focused on residential energy savings. Allison graduated from Barry University with a degree in Biochemistry and has conducted award-winning research on Alzheimer's Disease.
In her free time she enjoys hiking, biking, swimming, gardening, and she is an aspiring triathlete. She lives in Sarasota with her fiance, Tom and is originally from Ithaca, NY.

Since October 2008 Gary Reviczky has completed more than 650 energy audits and mechanical systems evaluations on buildings ranging in size from McDonalds restaurants to Aerospace manufacturing plants. Our clients range in size from individual building owners to multi-national corporations.
He has successfully evaluated, designed, and completed more than 200 energy reduction projects saving customers more than $1 Million dollars per year in electrical, gas, propane and oil costs on hydronic and air side equipment and distribution systems.
Working with utility companies in New England we were able to maximize energy incentives to reduce initial costs then provide creative financing including PACE to give building owners positive cash flow from day one in most cases.
Working with Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc. in Longwood, FL, Gary creates opportunities to improve comfort, reduce energy and lower their total cost of ownership for C&I clients throughout the Florida peninsula marketplace.
